1. Go to Settings › My Fire TV › Developer Options and enable "Apps from Unknown Sources"
2. Download the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store
3. Use Downloader to install the IPTV Smarters APK via the URL we provide
4. Open the app and enter your M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials we send by email

Activation is instant during business hours (9AM–11PM). For orders outside those hours, activation happens within 15 minutes when our team comes online. Your login credentials are sent directly to your email.

After activation, we email you:

• Your M3U playlist URL
